• Establish engineering best practices across development, testing, deployment, and operations.

Integration, Security & Data Architecture

• Define secure integration patterns across policy administration, billing, claims, customer, and document management platforms.
• Architect solutions using modern integration approaches, including APIs, microservices, and event-driven patterns.
• Ensure compliance with security, privacy, regulatory, and audit requirements.
• Design solutions for high availability, fault tolerance, performance, and operational visibility.
• Promote strong data governance and synchronization strategies across enterprise platforms.

Innovation & Transformation

• Evaluate and incorporate AI, automation, analytics, and intelligent workflow capabilities where they deliver measurable business value.
• Assess emerging technologies and drive adoption through governed architecture standards.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations, and business stakeholders to accelerate digital transformation.
• Help shape the future evolution of DXC's insurance technology platforms.

Mentorship & Influence
