Roles & Responsibilities:

Support AOI-Packing Machine, tooling, and automation (robot).
Diagnose and resolve technical issues on semiconductor equipment and computer systems/software
Implement continual improvement programs, parts overhauls, preventive maintenance, modifications, and repair work on equipment.
Evaluate and release new machines.
Coordinate logistics arrangements and collaborate with suppliers on equipment-related matters.
Monitor machine performance, generate regular update reports, and track OEE, efficiency, cost, and quality control.

Qualification

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in mechanical, Electronic, Automation Engineering or a related field.
0-2 years’ experience in Semiconductor/electronics industry or related fields
Good communication in Thai and English and Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to work in a cleanroom environment.
Highly motivated individual capable of working independently.
Availability to work or be on standby during after-office hours, weekends, and public holidays for critical issue.
Ability to work under high pressure.
Computer literacy in MS Office, Excel, Power point, Power BI, etc.
Understand automation (robotic) and programming. (advantage)
