We are a team of people passionate about sustainability! Join our organization in Warsaw, where the ESG Data & Solution Architects, Operations, Engineering and Product Managers are based.

Job Description:

As a Data Architect, you will be responsible for designing, creating, and managing an organization’s data architecture to support business goals. This role involves developing data models, establishing data standards, and ensuring the integrity, security, and availability of data across systems. You will collaborate with stakeholders including developers, data engineers, analysts, subject matter experts and business leaders to translate business requirements into effective data solutions.

Key Responsibilities:       

• data discovery through profiling and defining milestones on a data architecture roadmap,
• analyzing existing code and applying normalization and scalable solutions in diagrams,
• translate data requirements into data models and mappings,
• creation and maintenance of Data Architecture documents,
• creation of data flow diagrams and detailed maps showing the relationships between layers in the ETL/ELT process (Source to Target Mappings),
• taking initiative to identify and resolve data-related issues,
• collaborating with developers, data engineers, subject matter experts, and business stakeholders,
• develop SQL statements to give a frame for development team,
• providing data architecture recommendations to management.

Job Qualifications

• minimum 2 years of experience in data architecture or data engineering role with proven excellent track record,
• comfortable writing and analyzing SQL queries,
• keen to learn data modeling, data warehousing and different types of databases,
• attention to details.
