You will combine strategic thinking with hands-on problem-solving, addressing complex engineering challenges and improving the reliability and performance of production environments. Beyond technical delivery, you will mentor senior engineers, encourage autonomy, and strengthen engineering standards and practices across the organization. You will also promote data-driven decisions, continuous improvement, innovation, and the strategic use of AI in software development. This remote opportunity offers broad technical influence and the chance to connect engineering priorities with product and business objectives.
Define and lead high-impact architectural decisions, balancing scalability, performance, resilience, and long-term sustainability.
Act as a technical reference across teams, promoting architectural consistency and alignment with engineering strategy.
Investigate complex technical problems, identify root causes, and lead structured resolution efforts.
Drive technical improvements that enhance software quality, system reliability, operational efficiency, and sustainability.
Participate in critical incident response, contributing to diagnosis, mitigation, resolution, and post-incident improvements.
Influence technology strategy in collaboration with engineering leadership and connect technical decisions to business goals and OKRs.
