JOB SUMMARY
As part of the Enterprise Technology Development Program (ETDP), this role participates in a two-year, paid, early-career rotational development program within the Data Analytics track. Associates gain hands-on experience across multiple teams while contributing to meaningful business and technology initiatives.
This job is an integral member of one of our technical teams responsible for supporting the design, development, and maintenance of our data infrastructure, ensuring the efficient and reliable flow of data across our systems. The incumbent will work closely with our data professionals, analysts, and engineers to build and optimize data pipelines, ensuring data quality and integrity. The incumbent will be involved in every aspect as part of the data process from idea generation, analysis, design, build, and support using the latest various technologies and design patterns. Uses minimal judgement and discretion to assist in collaboration with customers to understand data, reporting, and analytical capability needs, gather project specifications, create data sets, operational reports, and analytical deliverables, analyze data to determine business problems, trends, or opportunities for process improvements, verify delivery of customer data needs, and ensure quality delivery.
