Clasp is a mission-driven, venture-backed startup transforming access to education and career pathways—starting with the healthcare workforce. By enabling employers to invest in future talent where it matters most—easing overwhelming student debt—our platform creates lasting bonds between employers and employees. We believe that when employers have a stake in the cost of education, we can create a more sustainable, equitable, and skilled workforce.
Fresh off our Series B, we’re entering our next phase of growth. Clasp is a Forbes Fintech 50 company, an SHRM portfolio company, and has been named by Business Insider as one of the “Top 14 Healthcare Startups to Watch in 2026” and one of the “43 Startups to Bet Your Career On in 2025.” Most recently, our Loan-Linked Hiring solution was named to TIME’s Best Inventions of 2026 list.
We’re not just building a fintech product—we’re driving economic mobility. If you’re excited to build, grow, and make a real impact, join us.
Events are where we meet students and school partners face to face, and you’ll be the person who makes every one of them run smoothly. You’ll own the behind-the-scenes work that makes an event a success, from event selection and registration to shipping and calendar management, and making sure every lead we collect gets a timely, thoughtful follow-up. You’ll also pick up the phone and write to students directly, turning event momentum into real conversations about how Clasp can help them find a job with student loan repayment benefits. If you’re organized, energized by people, and love closing the loop, this is a great first step into a fast-growing team.

Clasp uses AI-assisted tools in parts of our hiring process, such as AI notetakers transcribing or summarizing interviews, scheduling, and supporting evaluation in technical assessments. Humans review applications and make every hiring decision. AI tools don't make final decisions about any candidate. You're welcome to use AI to research Clasp and prepare, but during live interviews and assessments we want to hear your own thinking, so please don't use AI tools that generate or feed you responses in real time. If you'd like to be evaluated without AI tools, need an accommodation, or have questions about how we use these tools, email recruiting@clasp.com and we'll arrange another process where we can.
