Build a career that matches all your initiative with an impressive dose of innovation. From cutting-edge resources and a collaborative environment to the freedom to make an impact and more, you’ll find the ingredients you need at LPL Financial to shape your success while helping clients pursue their financial goals.
Behind every high-performing leadership team is someone who makes excellence look effortless. This is that role.
Job Overview:
We are seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant to provide primary support to the Executive Vice President, Chief Talent Officer, while also providing full administrative support to selected Senior Vice Presidents across the People Leadership Team. This highly visible role creates leverage for senior leaders by protecting their time, strengthening coordination, and keeping important commitments moving.
More than traditional administrative support, this role serves as the “oil in the engine” of the People Leadership Team: keeping priorities aligned, routines running seamlessly, and ensuring no critical detail is overlooked. You will understand leaders’ priorities, teams, operating rhythms, and business objectives and use that context to anticipate needs, manage complex logistics and communications, and help the team move with clarity and confidence.
You will be a trusted partner to senior leaders: exercising sound judgment, handling highly confidential information with discretion, anticipating what is coming, and spotting conflicts or dependencies before they become blockers. In a fast-moving environment with competing priorities, you will create the structure, and follow-through leaders need to operate at their best.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves bringing order to complexity, and takes pride in being the person others count on when excellence matters most.
Responsibilities:
What are we looking for?
We’re looking for strong collaborators who deliver exceptional client experiences and thrive in fast-paced, team-oriented environments. Our ideal candidates pursue greatness, act with integrity, and are driven to help our clients succeed. We value those who embrace creativity, continuous improvement, and contribute to a culture where we win together and create and share joy in our work.
You see around corners and act before problems arise. You bring calm, momentum, and sound judgment to a fast-moving environment, protecting executive time by making thoughtful tradeoffs, redirecting requests when needed, and speaking up when something needs attention. When priorities shift, you stay resourceful, steady, and focused on what matters most.
You are collaborative, team-first, and just as comfortable working independently. You build trust quickly, communicate with clarity and warmth, and navigate sensitive situations with maturity and discretion. You also enjoy partnering with other administrative professionals to help the broader team operate at its best.
You are curious about better ways of working. You are eager to learn, think critically, and explore tools that eliminate repetitive work. Most importantly, you take ownership, bring a positive attitude and sense of humor, and genuinely enjoy helping great leaders and teams succeed.
