We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and execution-focused Executive Associateto support our US leadership team and broader go-to-market organization.
This is a highly visible, hands-on role for someone who enjoys making things happen. You’ll work closely with senior leaders across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Operations, helping the team stay focused, organized, and moving quickly.

Welcome customers, candidates, partners, vendors, and employees.
Coordinate conference rooms, office logistics, and day-to-day operational needs.
Jump in to solve urgent problems and support the team wherever needed.
Extremely organized, proactive, and responsive, with strong attention to detail.
A natural hustler with a strong sense of urgency and ownership.
Someone who anticipates needs rather than waiting for instructions.
Comfortable working directly with senior executives, customers, and external partners.
Resourceful and persistent, with the ability to chase things down and find a way to get them done.
Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
Confident, polished, and able to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
Comfortable with hands-on administrative and operational work while being excited to work closely with the business and GTM organization.
Experience in a startup or high-growth environment.
Familiarity with Salesforce.
Strong experience with Google Workspace, including Gmail, Calendar, and Google Docs.
