Are you an experienced consulting leader with strong business understanding, expertise in Salesforce and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365, and a passion for transforming how businesses sell, serve and engage customers?
Join Accenture Song to lead and grow our established Sales & Service consulting team in Sweden, advise leading organizations, win new business, deliver successful CRM transformations and shape our customer transformation practice.
What you'll do
In this role, you will:
Who we're looking for
You're an experienced consulting professional with strong client advisory skills, commercial judgment, an entrepreneurial and collaborative mindset, and a genuine interest in developing people. You understand how organizations operate, how CRM enables business transformation and how to deliver lasting improvements.
Ideally, you bring:
Swedish or Nordic enterprise-client experience and familiarity with AI, Agentforce, Microsoft Copilot, CPQ or Field Service are strong advantages. Fluent English is required; Swedish is a strong advantage.
You need not be a technical architect or expert in every platform; what matters is connecting business needs with CRM capabilities, leading successful transformations and inspiring delivery teams.
Why join Accenture Song?
Lead an established team and help define its direction, capabilities and growth. The role combines people development, meaningful client engagements and direct responsibility for business growth—not sales or delivery alone. You'll help ambitious Swedish organizations transform Sales & Service using Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, data and emerging AI; draw on Accenture's strategy, technology, industry and design expertise; and collaborate with Nordic teams and global technology partners. In a culture that values initiative, collaboration and leadership, you'll influence our ways of working, market offerings and people development, with competitive Swedish benefits, continuous professional development and career growth across Accenture.
