As an Experienced Associate-Technology Strategy, you will engage with clients to provide strategic guidance and insights, focusing on leveraging technology for business growth and innovation. Within our Strategy Consulting practice, you will analyze market trends, assess organizational needs, and collaborate with stakeholders to align technology strategies with overall business objectives, driving competitive advantage.

As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagements while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources. You will be expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, embrace ambiguity, ask questions, and use these challenges as opportunities for growth.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will specialize in developing and implementing strategic plans, providing guidance on technology investments and initiatives. You will work closely with clients to identify opportunities for growth, optimize operations, and enhance overall business performance, contributing to the success of our clients and the firm.

Responsibilities

- Conducting thorough research and analysis of client organizations, including industry and market trends
- Collaborating with client teams to identify challenges and opportunities for improvement
- Facilitating workshops, interviews, and meetings with key stakeholders to gather insights
- Supporting the development of proposals and responses to requests for proposals
- Analyzing data to assess performance and make data-driven recommendations
- Developing comprehensive action plans and strategies to address client challenges
- Presenting findings and recommendations to clients in a clear and persuasive manner
- Providing guidance and support during the implementation phase to validate successful execution
- Continuously monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of implemented solutions
- Developing and implementing strategic plans to leverage technology for business growth
- Aligning technology strategies with overall business objectives to drive competitive advantage
- Utilizing digital strategies and IT governance to optimize technology operations and roadmaps

What You Must Have

- At least a Master of Business Administration's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
