POSITION SUMMARY
Working as part of the Food and Beverage team, the Warehouse Attendant will assist in ensuring that the product, service, and facility cleanliness are of the highest quality while delivering the best possible Guest and Employee Experience. This is a part-time seasonal position that pays $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Assist the Warehouse Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations of the Commissary.
- Maintain an organized workspace and inventory of all items received, stored, and transferred while adhering to pre-determined hours of operation.
- Ensure facility cleanliness standards are consistently maintained including floors, walk-ins, vehicles, and outside areas.
- Assist with all procedures regarding receiving, stocking, transporting, rotating, date-checking, inventory, and transfers of products, including for various outlets as needed.
- Commit to safely operating company vehicles and equipment to facilitate the distribution of supplies throughout the Resort, especially to or from remote units.
- Remain current with company issued trainings and required certifications. Attend required meetings.
- Maintains daily product par levels and communicates with the Warehouse Manager to ensure product is full, fresh, and properly rotated.
- Ensure walk-in temperature logs are accurately filled out daily.
- Develop and maintain excellent working relationships between Stratton employees and promote a fair and harmonious work environment.
- Perform weekly audits in F&B Outlets to ensure proper procedures are being followed for trash, recycling, and compost; report findings to Warehouse Manager.
- Assist with inventory responsibilities, recycling, and safety programs and training.
- Help to count and/or enter end of month inventories on proper inventory guides as needed.
- Filling daily requisitions on proper order guides.
- Responsible for other duties assigned by F&B Director and/or Executive Chef.
- Assists Warehouse Manager with other administrative needs, as necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS
- Must have a valid US driver's license
- Must pass MVR background check
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively
- 1 - 2 years of warehouse experience, preferred
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS
This position may be required to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
