As part of the Continental Cars Group, FASST Auto is seeking an experienced and motivated Finance & Insurance Business Manager to join our growing team in Mt Wellington. This is a key role within the dealership, responsible for managing all vehicle finance transactions and presenting customers with tailored finance, insurance, warranty, and protection products that enhance their ownership experience.

About the Role

As our Finance & Insurance Business Manager, you will work closely with the sales team to support customers through the purchasing process, helping them secure suitable finance solutions while ensuring all lending and compliance requirements are met.

You will also be responsible for promoting a range of value-added products, including extended warranties, mechanical breakdown insurance, service plans, paint and interior protection products, and other aftermarket solutions that provide customers with confidence and peace of mind.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all finance applications arising from vehicle sales.
• Build strong relationships with lending partners to secure competitive finance solutions for customers.
• Present finance, insurance, warranty, and protection products in a professional and customer-focused manner.
• Maximise finance penetration and aftermarket product sales while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Ensure all transactions are completed accurately and compliantly.
• Work closely with the sales team to deliver a seamless customer journey from enquiry to vehicle delivery.
• Maintain strong knowledge of finance products, lending criteria, and industry compliance requirements.
• Achieve agreed finance, insurance, and profitability targets.

• Ensure all dealership administration processes are completed accurately and efficiently, including vehicle sales documentation, reporting, stock management, and customer administration.

 

 What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in Automotive Finance & Insurance, Vehicle Finance, Business Management, or a similar sales-focused finance role.
• A proven track record of achieving finance and product sales targets.
• Strong understanding of vehicle finance products and lending processes.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
• A customer-first approach with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly.
• High attention to detail and commitment to compliance standards.
• Self-motivated, driven, and results focused.
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment and support dealership growth.
