The Facilities Manager owns the full facilities and asset lifecycle for an assigned portfolio of company-owned venues — building upkeep, functional repair, vendor management, and asset data integrity. This role oversees vendor sourcing and follow-up, proposal and invoice review, and day-to-day operational throughput — alongside the asset management competencies: asset lifecycle tracking, warranty capture, repair-vs-replace evaluation, and CapEx input.
From both a guest and staff perspective, the building, furnishings, and equipment need to meet world-class standards. The Facilities Manager is a champion of amazing facilities, a problem solver, a data steward, and a relationship builder — with Alamo venue teams, above-store leadership, and the vendor network alike. Never settling for less than excellence is the baseline behavior of success in this role.
