**About REVER**
REVER exists to change how the world buys by giving superpowers to shoppers. We work with +400 global brands to help them recover and reduce online mistakes by 50%.
We’re backed by Y Combinator, Sequoia and founders of European unicorns.
We work like a sports team. We launch fast, we fail fast and we learn faster.
**What is a Forward Deployed Engineer at REVER?**
An FDE is an engineer who works where the product meets the customer. You take our most important merchants’ messiest, most open-ended problems and turn them into working production solutions.
Think of it as being a startup CPTO for each client.
You own the problem end to end: you scope it, design the architecture, write the code, ship it and measure the impact. Then you bring what you learned back to our product, so the next 100 merchants get it out of the box.
**You have:**
* Builder mentality
* A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Maths, Physics or similar
* Experience working as a software engineer (it's OK if you are young)
* Strong use of AI
* Ownership and urgency: you learn whatever is needed to get the job done
* Ambition to grow into business: you’re curious about how companies make money, and you want your career to move toward product, customers and strategy
Visa sponsorship is offered for this role.
