The Field Engineer is an entry-level construction professional responsible for supporting project operations in the field while developing the technical, operational, and leadership skills necessary to advance into a Project Engineer role.
Working alongside Project Engineers, Superintendents, and Project Managers, the Field Engineer assists with project coordination, documentation, production tracking, quality control, and field operations. This position is designed for early-career professionals seeking hands-on experience in heavy highway construction and a long-term career path with Emery Sapp & Sons.
