Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
Large employers and public organisations don't buy health insurance from a vendor pitch. They buy from a partner they trust: someone they met, heard on stage, or sat next to at the right dinner. Your mission: bring Alan in front of the right decision makers (CEOs, CFOs, CHROs, hospital and public-sector HR leaders) and turn these conversations into qualified pipeline for our Enterprise and Public Sales teams.
Pick our battles. Start from our 2027 Enterprise & Public target accounts. Map where their decision makers spend time (chambers of commerce, employers' organisations, HR communities, federations) and build a prioritised plan for the year: which networks, which events, which rooms.
Open the right rooms. Lead our presence in HR think tanks (starting with the Agora des DRH). Secure speaking slots. Design and host intimate dinners and roundtables on topics HR leaders care about: absenteeism, burnout, return to work after a serious illness.
Turn presence into pipeline. Work hand in hand with Enterprise and Public AEs: who we need to meet, with which message and which next step. Every lead you generate has a named owner and a clear follow-up.
Measure what works. Track every initiative down to qualified leads and pipeline. Show what pays off, and re-allocate your time and budget during the year.
You'll work closely with Enterprise and Public Sales, our Brand Manager, Product Marketing and Business Strategy & Operations.
4+ years in B2B field marketing, event or account-based marketing, or community building, ideally with senior HR or C-level audiences.
You know the Belgian business landscape and you're at ease in rooms full of executives.
You design experiences people want to attend, and you never forget why we're in the room.
You think in pipeline, not in attendance: you can show how your past initiatives turned into business.
You're organised, autonomous and comfortable building a new function from scratch.
Native or near-native in Dutch and/or French (both is a strong plus), and fluent in English.
Experience in insurance, employee benefits, HR tech or healthcare is a plus.
For this opportunity, we are aiming to hire within the C1 -D level range.
Fair rewards: generous equity packages complement your base salary.
Brussels HQ + flexible office.
Top-of-the-range equipment.
Flexible vacation policy and flexible working hours.
100% covered health insurance for you and your family.
Learning budget and a dedicated coach from day one.
Extended parental leave.
We hire people, not roles. If you're excited about this opportunity but don't check every box, we'd love to hear from you.
