Job Description:
Hiring a Field Service Engineer (FSE) for the wafer testing (Wafer Sort) requires a specific blend of electromechanical expertise and high-level communication
Job Description
- Responsible for customer service and support of company products, including but not limited to repairing / troubleshooting of probe cards
- Manage field escalation to provide quick solutions and/or leading engineering work and driving effective, timely communication with customers
- Provide customer training, preventive maintenance, continuous improvement programme at the customer site
- Compile and maintain the database of product performance at field
- Identify opportunity and provide innovative solutions to improve customer’s overall use of the company probe cards
- Provide problem solving recommendations or solution by communicating with a customer and internal company worldwide team
- Maintaining excellent customer relationship through technical support and communication.
Requirements:
- Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Chemical/Materials Engineering or related degree
- Min 3 years test engineering experience (e.g. Wafer Sort or Final Test) in semiconductor and/or application engineering in Automated Test Equipment (ATE) company or semiconductor capital equipment. Experience in probe card is advantageous.
- Fresh graduates will be considered.
- Experience in customer service and support
- Excellent customer managements and interface skills
- Ability to present technical information in a dynamic, detailed, and credible way
- Communication skills (verbal/written) in English
- Knowledge of electronics and semiconductor manufacturing (Especially, back-end semiconductor test desired)
- Personal car for traveling to provide customer service.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work in shifts
