As a Field Service Engineer at GE Healthcare Norway, you will be our primary face to our customers. You will be responsible to meet the daily service repair needs of designated equipment, and drive customer satisfaction through Service Excellence. In this role you will cover whole Norway and CT modality will be your primary focus.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Trouble-shooting on complex multi-symptom problems.
• Customer satisfaction: Daily interface with doctors and technicians on equipment status issues. Acts to eTechnical: Maintains all models specific to a modality in the assigned area. Total system level tnsure satisfaction to primary customers.
• Administration: Responsibly completes all administration tasks on time. Ensures timely completion of Field Modification Instructions and PM inspections documentation for assigned accounts.

 

Qualifications

• Professional degree (fagbrev/teknisk fagskole) or bachelor in Electrical or Biomedical engineering
• Technical understanding and the ability to apply the theory in the real world
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Driver’s license Class B
• Fluent oral and written in Norwegian and English language.
