Within your first 90 days, you will build a strong understanding of DAV’s operational landscape, including internal financial workflows, required timelines, and key partners across the organization. You will also spend time getting to know the strengths, working styles, and responsibilities of each team member you will manage, enabling you to support their development and effectively guide agency‑wide financial functions.
