The FLDP is a three-year rotational program designed for early-career professionals who want to build a strong foundation in finance while developing leadership skills at a Fortune 10 company. Throughout the program, you'll gain hands-on experience, work on meaningful business initiatives, and learn from finance leaders across the organization.

• Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

• Data Analytics & Visualization

• Financial Operations

• Controllership Fundamentals

During these rotations, you'll develop skills in financial analysis, executive communication, data-driven decision making, and technical expertise. You'll work on real business problems that help shape the future of CVS Health while building a broad understanding of corporate finance in the healthcare industry.

Successful candidates are intellectually curious, have a passion for corporate finance, and are committed to excellence. They are ambitious, self-motivated leaders and are willing to learn.  We're looking for individuals who demonstrate:

• Leadership potential and initiative

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Adaptability and the ability to thrive in changing environments

• A commitment to continuous learning and development

• Emotional intelligence and a growth mindset
