Our SelectLeaders client is a privately owned real estate investment and operating company with a long-term ownership philosophy and an entrepreneurial approach to growth. The company owns and manages a diverse portfolio consisting of approximately 2,750 multifamily units and 300,000 square feet of commercial real estate across California, Colorado, Nevada, and Arizona.
As a family office-style organization, the company offers a unique opportunity to work directly alongside ownership and senior leadership in a highly collaborative environment. Decisions are made quickly, ideas are valued, and employees are empowered to take ownership of their work. This is an ideal opportunity for a finance professional who enjoys operating beyond the confines of a traditional corporate structure and wants to play an active role in shaping the financial strategy of a growing real estate platform.
The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the company's debt portfolio, supporting capital markets initiatives, and providing financial analysis that informs key business decisions. This individual will partner closely with executive leadership to manage lender relationships, evaluate refinancing opportunities, monitor loan maturities, and help optimize the company's capital structure. Success in this role requires a proactive, resourceful professional who thrives in a fast-moving environment and is excited by the opportunity to have a visible impact on the organization.
