ポジション概要

Finance Managerは、TD SYNNEX Japanにおいて、以下2つの重要な役割を担うポジションです。

1. Gateway Computer（GWC）のFinance Leadership

TD SYNNEX株式会社の子会社であるGateway Computer（GWC）のFinance機能をリードし、財務管理および財務統制全般についてEnd-to-Endで責任を担います。

2. Service BusinessのFinance Business Partner

GWCを含むService Business Unitの戦略的なFinance Business Partnerとして、事業の立ち上げおよび成長を財務面から支援します。強固な財務戦略の策定、データに基づく意思決定の支援、戦略の実行推進を通じて、持続的かつ収益性の高い事業成長に貢献いただきます。

Business Leadershipや各関連部門と密接に連携し、財務面からのインサイトや建設的な提言、実行支援を提供することで、事業戦略を具体的な財務・オペレーション成果につなげていくことが期待されます。

主な業務内容

1. GWCの財務管理・財務統制

GWCの財務管理および財務統制全般をリードします。主な業務は以下の通りです。

·        月次・年次決算および財務レポーティング

·        与信管理および売掛金管理

·        資金管理・キャッシュマネジメント

·        税務管理

·        その他、GWCにおけるFinance領域全般の管理・統制

2. Finance Business Partnering

GWCおよびTD SYNNEXのGlobal Service Business Unitのリソースを活用しながら、Service Businessの立ち上げ・成長をFinanceの立場から推進します。

·        経営層・Business Unit Leadershipと連携し、中期事業計画および年度事業計画を策定

·        財務KGIおよび事業KPIの設定・管理

·        重要な意思決定において財務インサイトを提供し、意思決定の質とスピードを向上

·        戦略および財務上の意思決定を具体的なアクションプランに落とし込み、Business Unitの実行を支援

·        財務パフォーマンス向上につながる主要施策の特定および推進

3. 財務分析・レポーティング

·        Service Business UnitおよびGWCの財務パフォーマンス管理・測定

·        定例およびアドホックでの各種財務分析

·        分析結果に基づく重要なインサイトの提供

·        Service BusinessおよびGWCのLeadership Teamとの定期的なFinancial Reviewの実施

·        P&LおよびWorking Capitalの観点から現状・課題・改善余地を特定

·        TD SYNNEX JapanのPresidentおよびSenior Finance Directorに対する、事業・財務パフォーマンスの明確かつ簡潔なManagement Reporting

4. 事業計画・フォーキャスト

·        Service Business UnitおよびGWCにおけるP&L・Working Capitalを対象とした財務計画およびForecastingプロセスのリード

·        月次Forecastの作成および将来のBusiness Performanceの見通しの提示

·        年間Business Planに対するGapの早期特定

·        GWCを含むBusiness Unit Leadershipと連携した改善施策・Corrective Actionの策定および実行

·        戦略的・オペレーション上の意思決定を支援するScenario AnalysisおよびSensitivity Analysisの実施

5. People Management / Team Leadership

最大5名のFinance Teamをマネジメントし、組織およびメンバーの継続的な成長をリードします。

·        Finance Teamのマネジメントおよびメンバー育成

·        チームとしての明確な目標・優先順位の設定

·        各施策の着実な実行およびAccountabilityの確立

·        Coaching、Feedback、適切なDelegationを通じたメンバーの能力開発

·        Collaboration、高いPerformance、Continuous Improvementを重視したチームカルチャーの醸成

応募資格

必須要件

·        Finance領域における10年以上の実務経験

·        FP&Aに関する豊富な経験（Finance Business Partnering、Financial Planning、Forecasting、Financial Analysis）

·        3年以上のPeople Management経験およびFinance人材のマネジメント・育成経験

·        事業のDriverを理解し、前提や計画に対して建設的なChallengeを行い、事業上の意思決定に影響を与えられるFinance Business Partneringスキル

·        高い分析力および問題解決能力

·        財務KGIや事業KPIなど、Financial / Operational Performance Indicatorの設計・導入経験

·        財務諸表、P&L Management、Working Capital、Cash Flow、Financial Controlに関する十分な知識

·        複雑な財務・事業情報を整理し、具体的かつ実行可能なBusiness Insightとして伝える能力

·        部門や役職を越えて関係者と協働できる高いCommunication / Stakeholder Management能力

·        高いOwnership、Accountability、Resilienceを持ち、自律的かつ主体的に業務を推進できる方

·        戦略的な思考とHands-onでの実行力の双方を備えている方

·        ネイティブレベルの日本語力

·        ビジネスレベル以上の英語力（読み・書き・会話）

·        Accountingおよび／またはControllership領域での実務経験
