We're running a paid study on the technical infrastructure behind modern consumer card programs. Our goal is to map out the core challenges fintech teams face when building and scaling these systems. We want to understand how different architectures and vendor relationships impact overall platform reliability.
You will join a remote video interview to walk us through your approach to managing card issuing infrastructure. We will ask you to describe your technical stack and evaluate how you integrate with payment service providers. You will share feedback on the pain points in your current workflow and discuss potential improvements. The conversation flows as a structured discussion guided by a moderator.
