Joining our team as a Manager (or experienced Senior Consultant), you will be part of the CEE (Central and Eastern Europe) Forensic Technology team, working across a diverse portfolio of forensic data analytics, eDiscovery, complex investigations, compliance reviews and crisis response throughout the EMEA region, in collaboration with global colleagues and leading law firms.
Jakub Javorský is the head of PwC’s CEE Forensic Technology team, with 16 years of experience in fraud investigations and fraud risk prevention. He values a strong, close-knit team, positive motivation, continuous upskilling, and multidisciplinary collaboration.

Design and automate forensic workflows and data processing scripts using Python, SQL, Alteryx, and Databricks to streamline client deliverables and accelerate insights.
Manage digital forensics (DFIR) engagements, including forensic data collections from laptops, mobile devices, servers, and databases. Oversee eDiscovery projects using RelativityOne and other leading platforms.
Advise clients on complex matters such as employee fraud, intellectual property theft, and third-party risk management.
Manage economics of individual projects, manage internal risk management and independence checks.
Mentor and supervise team members, manage stakeholder expectations, and translate complex technical findings into clear, outcome-focused reports for diverse audiences.
Communicate directly with clients and other stakeholders, ensuring secure and defensible outcomes.
Uphold the highest standards of integrity, professionalism, and personal accountability.
5+ years of experience in forensic data analytics or risk analytics, ideally within a Big Four firm, consultancy, or large corporate forensic environment.
Strong proficiency in SQL (T-SQL, PL/SQL) and advanced Python programming for data extraction, analysis, and automation.
Expertise with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Qlik, or Power BI, and experience with Databricks.
Working knowledge of Generative AI, Machine Learning, and Natural Language Processing.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt with flexibility.
Fluency in English required (ability to produce forensic reports); Czech or Slovak language skills are a plus.
Ability to travel for work freely and on short notice within EU.
Applicants must be authorized to work and travel in the EU without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
Experience conducting financial crime, employee fraud, IP theft, or data breach investigations, including sanctions screening and regulatory compliance.
Experience conducting forensic data analytics investigations, sanction screenings, automated 3rd party due diligence or similar.
Experience with scripting, AI, and software engineering principles—particularly designing automated solutions for data analytics, eDiscovery, and forensic workflows.
Familiarity with eDiscovery platforms (e.g., Relativity) and digital forensic tools (e.g., EnCase, Axiom, FTK, Cellebrite, XRY).
You will not get bored – you will learn new things at every new project.
You will be heard – we are looking for a candidate with curious and open mind and will listen to what he or she says.
Professional growth that matches your ambitions and pace. Gain in months the kind of experience that can take years to build elsewhere.
Fair pay with no gaps. We are among the few companies in the Czech Republic certified for Equal Pay.
A flexible benefits programme with 55,000 points to spend on what matters most to you.
35 days of paid time off, including three well-being days and two additional days off at the end of the year.
An opportunity to give back to the community with one paid volunteering day every year.
The chance to work from one of PwC’s international offices (available from the Senior Associate level).
We support your learning and development journey: We offer training in business skills (such as presentation and communication skills, assertiveness, and giving feedback) as well as digital skills (including Alteryx, Power BI, and AI). Our technical training will help you understand the full deals transaction lifecycle and how to present our findings to clients in a clear and impactful way. We also cover the cost of professional certifications, such as CFA.
A buddy programme, regular feedback, and access to a coach who can support your professional development and career path.
Extensive well-being support and initiatives promoting a healthy lifestyle, from Dr. Digital and Human Dynamic programmes to workplace yoga and running events.
An ultrabook and an iPhone with unlimited data.
Social events and Away Days.
