**What You Will Do**
* **Rx-Grade Development:** Create advanced **Cosmeceutical Formulations** that meet clinical standards. You will work with our medical board to design solutions for specific conditions like **Hyperpigmentation**, **Alopecia**, and **Atopic Dermatitis**.
* **Rapid Prototyping:** Generate new product ideas and create rapid prototypes, including dye solutions for color matching and precision **Galenic samples** for doctor testing.
* **Clinical Pilot Studies:** Maintain meticulous experimental results for pilot studies and provide research-backed data to support our [**Online Dermatologist Consultations**](https://www.clinikally.com/products/video-consult-with-a-skin-hair-specialist).
* **Stability & Quality:** Solve complex **Stability Problems** and supervise production batches to ensure consistency. * **Laboratory Management:** Manage lab supplies and ensure the R&D environment is optimized for innovation.
* **Strategic Communication:** Assist in writing scientific product concepts and present complex technologies to non-scientific stakeholders to drive brand strategy.
**The Best Fit**
* **Education:** M.Pharm in Pharmaceutics or an equivalent degree in Cosmetic Science is required.
* **Domain Expertise:** Expert knowledge in **Cosmeceutical Manufacturing** and advanced Drug Delivery Systems for the skin.

* **Technical Breadth:** Comprehensive understanding of **Technology Transfer**, R&D workflows, and **Scale-up** processes.
