We’re looking for a sharp, motivated Founder Associate to the CEO **Intern** to join the adventure.
## **🎯 The Role**
As Founder Associate, you’ll work directly with our CEO on high-impact projects across operations, product, strategy, and growth. You'll get an inside look at what it takes to scale a fast-growing startup—and play a critical role in making it happen.
## **📌 Responsibilities**
You’ll support the CEO on a wide variety of strategic and operational topics, including:
* **Customer Success for Strategic Accounts** Assist with onboarding and feature rollouts for large enterprise clients
* **Technical Exploration & Rapid Experimentation** Run short 1–2 day explorations on new ideas or client needs — testing features, building small prototypes, connecting APIs or tools, and presenting quick learnings to guide decisions
* **Drive Key Business Projects** Support on upsell campaigns, churn reduction, pricing strategy, and event prep.
* **Feature Adoption** Promote new features (like our video generation tool), boost usage, and collect user feedback
## **✅ Requirements**
* Top-tier Engineering or Business school\
_(X, CentraleSupélec, Mines, Ponts, Télécom, HEC, ESSEC, ESCP, EM Lyon…)_
* Tech-savvy and comfortable implementing software tools.
* Strong problem-solving mindset
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills (French & English)
* Hands-on, structured, and fast-learning
