### About the role

**Roles and responsibilities**
* Design scalable solutions and ship features for a production-ready voice agent platform.
* Lead initiatives in backend and infrastructure, with opportunities for ownership and growth.
* Collaborate closely with designers and engineers throughout the design and implementation phases.
* Provide technical support, customer success assistance, and implementation guidance directly to our customers.
**Qualifications**
* 3+ years of experience in backend software development and system design.
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
* A founder-like mindset with a passion for taking responsibility and making a significant impact.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, quickly learning and adapting to new challenges.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to commit to decisions even when there are disagreements.
* Previous startup experience is a plus.
* Previous cloud tech stack managing experience is a plus.
