Founding Business Development Representative (BDR)

# **About IronLedger** **Mission:** IronLedger is reducing the cost to manage housing, starting with automated accounting. **Problem:** Hiring AP Specialists and Accountants is expensive ($100K+ annually) and the market is already facing a shortage of back-office workers (75% of CPAs are retiring in the next 8 years and property manager turnover is \~30% annually). We’re building agents to automate accounting for owners and managers of $2.6T+ in real estate assets. This starts with AI-enabled Corporate Cards that automatically do your expenses and Invoice Processing that handles itself. # **The Opportunity** As IronLedger experiences explosive growth, we're seeking a hungry, scrappy and smart Business Development Representative to join our team in NYC. You will work hard and have the opportunity to not only build, but reap the rewards from the lead generation engine you build. You will be the foundation of sales success to property managers, developers and contractors across the country. IronLedger is hiring 2 business development representatives to be in-person or remote in New York City as soon as possible. Reporting directly to our CEO, you'll own the top of our sales funnel.
