**You should have**
* Shipped polished product UI end-to-end: you design and build, no handoffs
* Strong taste in typography, hierarchy, motion, and density; care deeply about the details everyone else skips
* Strong in React, TypeScript, and tailwind; comfortable in Figma when it helps
* Excitement about AI and agents
**Bonus**
* Designed AI/agent surfaces before (chat, streaming, tool calls, multi-agent flows)
* Built a design system from scratch
