### **The Role**
#### **What You'll Do**
* Work directly with engineers and architects to understand their workflows and iterate on solutions in real-time
* Build backend services for high-volume drawing processing
* Develop AI/ML pipelines for automated QA/QC
* Create intuitive UIs for engineers and architects
* Optimize performance for massive PDFs and complex images
* Shape architecture, product direction, and engineering culture
#### **What We're Looking For**
* 3+ years software experience, strong in Python or TypeScript/JavaScript
* You’re a builder who enjoys talking to humans, gather feedback on the front lines, and translate user needs into code
* Cloud experience (Azure, AWS, GCP)
* Familiar with ML/data pipelines
* Strong debugging + problem-solving
* Clear communicator and solid teammate
#### **Nice to Have**
* AEC experience (design, construction, CAD/BIM)
* Computer vision or document analysis background
* Experience with compliance systems or rule engines
