### **Qualifications**
* production-grade understanding of relational databases (migrations, RLS, permissioning, schema design)
* interest in Legal / Medical AI fields
* strong backend skills in **python**, **typescript**, or **go**
* deep comfort with **supabase**, **postgres**, or comparable managed DB platforms
* good judgment on choosing libraries, managing state, avoiding tech debt
* experience debugging edge-case latency and performance in both frontend and backend
* prior work with **Cloudflare workers**, **Vercel**, **Next.js**, or **serverless-first architectures**
* experience working with RAG pipelines, **LLMs**, or **agentic systems** preferred
* ability to ship fast and refactor hard
* bonus: exposure to legal data, court records, or insurance claims
* bonus: you’ve built something used by lawyers, insurers, or pissed-off consumers
