We’re hiring a Full Stack Engineer to build and scale end-to-end web applications across our platform. This role sits at the intersection of product, infrastructure, and applied AI, working closely with a small, fast-moving team to ship features that directly impact customers.
You’ll own development across the stack: from frontend interfaces to backend APIs, data models, and external integrations. The environment is highly iterative, with a strong bias toward shipping, learning, and refining quickly. ## **What You’ll Do**
* Build and maintain full-stack features across frontend (React) and backend (TypeScript APIs)
* Design and implement scalable data models using NoSQL databases
* Integrate third-party services (e.g., APIs, auth, payments, document systems)
* Work with AI coding tools and agent-driven workflows to accelerate development
* Own features end-to-end, from initial concept through deployment and iteration
* Collaborate closely with product and design to translate requirements into shipped functionality
* Improve system performance, reliability, and developer experience over time
* Contribute to architectural decisions as the platform evolves

## **Qualifications**
* 2–5 years of experience building production-grade web applications (excluding internships)
* Strong proficiency in TypeScript and modern React frameworks
* Experience designing and working with APIs and distributed systems
* Familiarity with NoSQL databases and flexible data modeling patterns
* Comfort using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., code generation, copilots, agents)
* Experience in a startup or high-velocity environment preferred
* Ability to operate independently and take ownership of ambiguous problems
* Strong product intuition and focus on delivering user value
