We are looking for a **Founding Engineer** to join our core product team at Snazzy. This is not a standard job — you’ll be one of only two engineers working directly with the founders to shape, architect, and scale a high-impact product from the ground up.

**What You’ll Do**
* Architect, build, and ship end-to-end features across backend (Golang, PostgreSQL, GCP) and frontend (ReactJS).
* Own critical systems: from designing data models to optimizing user experience.
* Take full responsibility for performance, security, and scalability of our applications.
* Collaborate closely with founders to turn product vision into working software.
* Wear multiple hats — from DevOps to debugging — until the team scales.
**What We’re Looking For**
* **1–5 years** of professional full stack engineering experience.
* Strong skills in **ReactJS, Golang, PostgreSQL, and GCP** (our core stack).
* Someone who thrives in **high-ownership, low-structure environments**.
* Bias toward action: you prefer building and iterating quickly over endless discussion.
* A builder’s mindset — you care about product impact, not just clean code.
* Comfort with ambiguity and ability to work independently with minimal handholding.
**Nice to Have**
* Experience with Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and microservices.
* Prior exposure to early-stage startups or building 0 → 1 products.
