Freebuff is building free AI coding tools funded by advertising. We're hiring a Founding Growth Marketer to acquire and retain users through paid growth campaigns.
This is a hands-on individual contributor role working directly with the founders. You'll own campaign execution, creative testing, measurement, and budget optimization across paid channels.
**What you'll do**
* Launch and optimize paid campaigns across channels such as Meta, Google, Reddit, YouTube, and X. Prioritize channels based on results and expand what works.
* Build a steady creative testing process: write briefs and copy, work with creators and designers, and turn winning ideas into new variations.
* Improve the path from ad click to signup, first successful coding task, and repeat usage through landing-page and onboarding experiments.
**What we're looking for**
* Experience personally running paid acquisition campaigns, with examples of how you improved performance.
* Strong creative judgment and analytical ability: you can develop an ad concept, launch the test, and explain the results.
* Curiosity about AI products and developer audiences. Experience marketing a self-serve software product is a plus.
**Why join Freebuff?**
* We are the fastest growing developer product on the planet - 20% week over week.
* We have 200k monthly active developers, we are making millions in ad revenue, and are on track to be an 100B company in less than 2 years.
* At Freebuff, you will work with the most talented engineers, designers, and marketers in Silicon Valley. Our team is lean and elite, with several ex-YC founders.
Visa sponsorship is offered for this role.
