## About the role
One person who owns early US growth through partnerships, creators/influencers, and events. Not a big marketing org. Not SEO or paid-heavy. You're the GTM athlete who opens doors and fills the first commissions.
This is a **full-time, in-person role**: you'll work from our San Francisco office every day.
## What you'll do
* Build and run US partnerships (communities, companies, schools, creator networks).
* Own influencer / creator outreach and light campaigns that drive enrollments.
* Plan and host small, high-signal events (meetups, instructor nights, campus / SF pop-ups).
* Work with content and LatAm growth so paid, email, and SEO stay coordinated from HQ.
* Track what actually fills seats: pipeline, conversion, cost per enrolled student.
* Help shape the SF brand presence (startup energy, not "big edtech brochure").
## What we're looking for
* You've closed partnerships or creator deals without a 10-person team behind you.
* You're outbound-oriented: DMs, coffee chats, events, follow-ups.
* You care about revenue, not vanity metrics.
* You're in San Francisco (or moving there) and can be in the office every day.
## Bonus points
* Creator economy, community, B2C edtech, or consumer subscription experience.
* An existing network in the SF tech / learning / creator scenes.
#### What we offer
* Competitive founding GTM package.
* Equity upside available.
* We'll share the range on a first call.
Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
