Ideal Candidate
You are a builder. You do not just manage processes; you improve them. You enjoy working close to customers and operators, understanding the messy reality of workflows, and turning that into scalable systems, tools, and products.
You are excited about using AI to automate healthcare operations and want to help build the operating system for the next generation of outpatient healthcare practices.
You embrace challenges and thrive in high-intensity environments. Please do not apply if you are looking for strict work-life balance or expect a typical 9-to-5 schedule. We work very hard, but the experience is highly rewarding and fulfilling.
Visa sponsorship is offered for this role.
