At [cifrato.ai](http://cifrato.ai) we are automating the financial operations of the world’s businesses with AI. We automate accounting, tax and other financial workflows using agents for over +3,500 businesses. We 2-3x workflow executions every month. Solving problems most startups never touch: real-time integration with governments tax institutions’ e-invoicing clearance system, a fragmented landscape of legacy and cloud ERPs, and the structured-data backbone for accounting and finance across every tax regime.
Cifrato started in early 2025, founded by Juan Pisco (previously ML engineer and cofounder of [tripplanner.ai](http://tripplanner.ai) — sold to Expedia Group) and Yerson Cacua (founding & VP engineer at Rappi and cofounder and CTO of Sumer — exit) being one of the only startups operating non-us and being global from day one. We started sitting down with accounting teams in restaurants and other businesses (we still do) to understand their pain points and make something people want. Scaled the company to 20%+ growth MoM, signing 40-50 new clients every month. Current bottleneck being more people to handle demand.
## The role
You will be working on handling our MQLs coming from our inbound and outbound channels with agents and platforms. Expect to handle pre-qualification exceptions with human interaction. In the first 7 days you will be onboarded to the team, tools, product and processes. After the first 15 days in the company, you will be handling all MQLs. After the first 60-90 days, we expect you to figure out pre-qualification with minimal human interaction and evolve the role into a new sales position.
We expect you to grow but not to learn how to sell. If you are fine dealing with an ambiguous environment, being a reliable team player, and executing at high quality and speed, you will be a great fit. Learning and experimenting every day is not optional.
## The culture
At Cifrato, we:
1. Prioritize the customer, over processes and bureaucracy.
