[Tech Challenges]
Legacy System Modernization
Some important banking services still run on legacy JSP systems. Their business rules and workflows may be spread across old code, documents, and team knowledge.
Frontend Engineers work with Product Managers and business teams to understand the current behavior, clarify hidden requirements, and simplify complex workflows.
Based on this understanding, engineers propose modern and maintainable technical solutions.
The challenge is not simply rewriting old code. It is to:
End-to-End Ownership
For new features, you will not only receive a design and implement it.
You will be involved from the beginning to the end:
You will have the freedom to propose solutions and take ownership of your feature.
Open Engineering Culture
We encourage engineers to identify problems and create improvement proposals.
You can propose improvements to the product, user experience, architecture, or development process.
We also keep meetings simple and protect engineers’ focus time.
