About the RoleWe are looking for a motivated Full Stack Software Engineer to build and improve customer-facing web applications, backend APIs, and internal operations tools. You will work closely with product, design, operations, and engineering teams to deliver reliable, secure, and user-friendly healthcare technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
-Develop end-to-end features for patient discovery, appointment booking, provider workflows, and internal operations tools.
-Build responsive and accessible web applications using React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
-Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and manage application data efficiently.
-Work with shared TypeScript packages, validation, and API contracts.
-Support web and mobile application releases, CI/CD pipelines, and build processes.
-Improve application performance, usability, accessibility, SEO, and user experience.
-Write and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.Monitor application performance, troubleshoot errors, and support production incidents.
-Work with AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes to deploy, configure, and troubleshoot applications.
-Follow secure coding practices, protect sensitive patient and provider information, and manage application secrets safely.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver product improvements and reliable software releases.
Required Skills amp; Qualifications1–2 years of relevant professional experience in Full Stack Development.Strong knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and Next.js.
-Understanding of backend APIs, server-side rendering, data fetching, forms, and application state management.
-Familiarity with relational databases and API integration.Working knowledge of AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes.
-Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, application monitoring, configuration management, and deployment practices.
-Knowledge of responsive design, accessibility, web performance, and secure development practices.Strong problem-solving skills, communication, teamwork, and a product-oriented mindset.
