Praven Intelekt is an innovative AI platform designed to streamline legal research, case law analysis, and document drafting. As part of the Lexroom group, Praven combines high-precision local legal intelligence with a fast-scaling European AI infrastructure.
Together, we are building the next generation of legaltech tools for professionals across Europe.
Lexroom, is building the AI platform where legal work gets done. In just over two years, we've grown from zero to €25M ARR, and today more than 20,000 legal professionals across Italy, Spain, Germany, France, and Bulgaria rely on Lexroom.
We're backed by $73M from Left Lane Capital, Base10 Partners, and Eurazeo, and we're a team of around 300 builders who move fast, say things straight, and own each outcome.
Our next goal? Become Europe's most-used legal product.
Our mission is clear: make the law faster, clearer, and more reliable, giving legal experts the time and confidence to focus on what truly matters. We are scaling rapidly across CEE and Western Europe, backed by top-tier investors and a world-class team dedicated to rigor, clarity, and real-world impact.
Shape the Standard: Be part of the team setting the benchmark for legal AI in Europe.
Work with the Best: Collaborate with exceptional colleagues in a culture that values technical competence, curiosity, and ambition.
Deliver Meaningful Impact: Your work will directly transform how legal professionals operate—bringing unprecedented speed and clarity to their daily workflows.
At Lexroom and Praven, we leave buzzwords behind. Here, you’ll build something that lasts: a trusted platform, a strong reputation, and a new standard for the legal world.
THE ROLE: Full Stack developer
This is not a role where you simply maintain existing code. You’ll be building new things, shipping them quickly, seeing how they perform with real users, and taking ownership of the outcome.
You’ll work across the product, backend systems, user interfaces, data processing, legal information search and retrieval, infrastructure, and AI workflows. The goal is simple: to make difficult product problems solvable and get solutions into users’ hands quickly and reliably.
You’ll design and build parts of the product end to end — backend, user interface, and infrastructure.
You’ll own new systems from the first version through real-world usage and subsequent scaling.
You’ll work closely with the people making product decisions so we can ship quickly, gather feedback, and improve immediately.
You’ll identify problems yourself and solve them rather than waiting for a detailed specification for every step.
You’ll improve the architecture, performance, and reliability of the systems whenever you see an opportunity to make them better.
Experience with cloud infrastructure such as AWS, Google Cloud, or similar platforms.
Good familiarity with modern AI tools and development environments such as Cursor and Claude Code.
Experience processing large volumes of data, particularly unstructured text.
Understanding of search and information retrieval systems, including vector databases, embeddings, RAG, and indexing.
Ability to build from scratch and work comfortably in an environment where not everything is predefined or documented.
Strong attention to detail and a habit of catching edge cases, bugs, and inconsistencies before they reach users.
Strong systems and architectural thinking, without adding unnecessary complexity where the right approach is simply to move fast and get things done.
