Ensure application security, HIPAA compliance, performance, and scalability.
Collaborate with Product, UX, Operations, and Claims stakeholders to define requirements and deliver high-quality features.
Mentor engineers through code reviews, pairing, and technical guidance, promoting best practices in architecture, accessibility, testing, and code quality.
At least 5 years of professional experience building production software, with a strong focus on complex front-end web applications.
Deep expertise in a statically typed language and at least one modern component-based front-end framework, including reactive programming, complex forms, and state management.
Strong attention to UI craftsmanship, visual consistency, interaction quality, and detail.
Hands-on experience with front-end performance optimization, WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards, and cross-browser compatibility.
Experience with client-side GraphQL and a solid understanding of API design and back-end data models.
Working proficiency in at least one back-end programming language and a major cloud platform, including serverless technologies.
