About the Role

We are seeking an Associate Full Stack Engineer (Java & React) to join our Analytics Maintenance team. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career software engineer who enjoys solving technical challenges, troubleshooting application issues, and working across both frontend and backend technologies.

The successful candidate will contribute to the development, maintenance, and support of business-critical applications while helping ensure timely resolution of client-reported issues and continuous improvement of platform performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, maintain, and enhance software applications.

• Build and support responsive user interfaces using React.js.

• Develop and troubleshoot backend functionality using Java.

• Analyze software requirements and implement scalable solutions.

• Investigate and resolve application defects, production issues, and performance bottlenecks.

• Work with relational databases and write SQL queries for troubleshooting and data analysis.

• Participate in code reviews and contribute to development best practices.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

• Support incident management and issue resolution within defined SLA timelines.

• Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge-sharing activities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Minimum 1 year of software development experience.

• Strong programming skills in Java.

• Hands-on experience with React.js.

• Experience working with SQL and relational databases.

• Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and modern web application development concepts.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AngularJS.

• Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks and modern frontend development practices.

• Exposure to Node.js or other backend technologies.

• Experience supporting production applications or maintenance environments.
