As a CRM Business Analyst for Dynamics 365 CE, you will play a key role in ensuring successful delivery and go live of CRM projects. You will manage documentation, drive user interactions on system requirements, and test application functionality. Leveraging your CRM expertise, you will triage bugs, propose solutions, and act as the vital link between end users and the developer team.
You will act as a trusted advisor between Avanade clients, internal delivery teams, and the broader Avanade BizApps community, applying best practices, governance, and design standards aligned with Microsoft and Avanade methodologies. Key Responsibilities
Coordinate go‑live and testing activities as the primary point of contact for end users.
Maintain and update project documentation, including requirements and process flows.
Triage and manage bugs and respond to user queries.
Collaborate with developers to resolve issues and propose practical solutions.
Work with external teams to define and support integration specifications.
Support data migration by translating business requirements into functional mapping logic and validating data integrity between systems.

Skills and experiences
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline
3+ years of hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / CE, including CRM modules
Proven track record in client-facing roles, acting as the primary bridge between end users and developer team.
Experience as a Business Analyst or Tester across the full SDLC, specifically in D365 CRM implementation.
Demonstrated ability to translate complex business requirements into clear documentation easily understood by end users .
Hands-on experience in data mapping, transformation logic, and testing for data migration activities where D365 is the target system.
Strong analytical skills to triage system bugs and propose functional solutions that align with business needs and system design.
