About Stage Entertainment
Stage Entertainment is one of the world’s leading live entertainment companies. We produce world-class musicals — think The Lion King, MJ, and Harry Potter and the Cursed Child — and operate more than 15 theaters across the Netherlands, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, and the UK. With around 3,000 employees and over half a billion euros in annual revenue, we touch the hearts of millions of visitors every year.
What makes us different? We recently brought ticket sales fully in-house, which means we now own the entire customer relationship — from the first click to the standing ovation. This makes IT a strategic driver of our business, not just a support function. We are building a modern, data-driven, multichannel digital ecosystem that powers ticket sales, personalizes the customer journey, and fuels commercial growth across all our markets.
What you’ll do
• Configure and optimize the ticketing platform to support ticket sales across all markets.
• Translate business requirements into system configurations and customizations.
• Manage data models, integrations with other systems, and data integrity.
• Manage user rights, access controls, and platform security.
• Develop and execute test plans; maintain documentation.
• Provide second-line support and serve as primary vendor contact for incidents and changes.
• Participate in cross-functional teams for reporting and continuous improvement.
