Qualifications
Build the GI practice you want—deeply connected to the community and backed by the reach, resources, and reputation of Mass General Brigham.
Mass General Brigham is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Gastroenterologist to join a busy, well-established community practice serving the Pioneer Valley of Western Massachusetts. Seeking candidates for Full-time, Part-time, or per diem roles. Whether you are an experienced physician ready for your next chapter or a graduating fellow looking for the right place to begin, you will find a collaborative team, efficient procedural support, manageable call, and the opportunity to build lasting relationships with patients and colleagues.
You will join a collegial gastroenterology team recognized for high-quality, patient-centered care, and deep community roots. A balanced mix of outpatient care and procedural work, experienced APP support, an excellent local reputation, and a culture of open communication create an environment where physicians can focus on excellent care and have a meaningful voice in how the practice evolves.
Set in the Five College region, Northampton and the Pioneer Valley offer the kind of quality of life that makes it easy to put down roots: vibrant downtowns, standout restaurants, arts and culture, excellent schools, and year-round outdoor recreation. Enjoy a progressive, community-oriented New England lifestyle with convenient access to Hartford, Boston, Albany, the Berkshires, and New York City.
At Mass General Brigham, you do not have to choose between the relationships and influence of community practice and the strength of a nationally respected health system. You will have both: a close-knit local team, robust infrastructure and operational support, opportunities for clinical collaboration, and the stability to build a long-term career with confidence.
If this sounds like the opportunity you have been waiting for, I would welcome the chance to learn what matters most in your next role and share more about the practice. Reach out for a confidential, no-pressure conversation.
