If you're excited about the possibility of contributing to Veris Insights, we'd love to learn more about you. By submitting a general application, you'll join our talent community and be considered for future opportunities that align with your background and interests.
Veris Insights is a recruiting intelligence and analytics firm dedicated to helping University Recruiting and Talent Acquisition leaders attract, engage, and retain top talent. Today, our membership includes talent leaders from more than 200 Fortune 1000 companies. Every organization we serve is invested in building exceptional talent acquisition programs, and our aspiration is to be nothing less than the unequivocal best partner to every one of these leaders in that pursuit.
Whether you ultimately find a home within our Growth, Member Experience, Research, Strategy, or People Ops teams, one thing remains true:
Talent is in our DNA.
While the work may look different across teams, there are a few qualities that consistently show up in the people who thrive at Veris Insights.
What We Look For:
- A Service Mindset. You genuinely care about the people you support and strive to exceed expectations through thoughtful, high quality work.
- Curiosity and Sound Judgment. You ask great questions, enjoy solving complex problems, and can translate information into practical insights and action.
- Drive and Ownership. You take pride in delivering excellent work and following through on commitments. You're proactive, resourceful, and motivated to make an impact rather than waiting to be told what to do.
- A Builder's Mentality. You find fulfillment in creating something better than what existed before. Whether it's a process, relationship, strategy, or experience, you're motivated by meaningful progress and lasting impact.
- Adaptability. You thrive in dynamic environments, embrace change, and can shift gears while maintaining a high standard of execution.
- Collaboration. You build strong relationships, communicate thoughtfully, and contribute to an environment where ideas are shared openly, feedback is welcomed, and people genuinely support one another's success.
- Presence. You bring authenticity, professionalism, and confidence to your interactions, earning trust with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders alike.
Please keep in mind: Research has shown that candidates from underrepresented backgrounds only apply to jobs when they meet 100% of the requirements vs. their majority counterparts, which apply at a much higher rate if they meet 50-60% of the requirements. If you're interested in the opportunity to work with us, we'd encourage you to apply. We'd love to learn more about the unique experiences, perspectives, and strengths you could bring to Veris Insights.
Our Values & Culture, In Brief: Our people are central to our success. In order for our team members to be at their best, we provide individualized benefits and support. At the most basic level, benefits include unlimited PTO, health insurance benefits, and career development opportunities. We believe that diverse perspectives, experiences, and strengths are essential to our success. To provide the widest range of experiences and perspectives in our member service and internal culture, we never discriminate on the basis of race, religion, national origin, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, or marital, veteran, or disability status. Please let our recruiter know if there are any accommodations we can provide for you to ensure an equitable and comfortable recruitment process.
We value diversity, equity, and inclusion, and this commitment shows up in everything we do. Our research has a significant focus on the experiences of candidates from diverse backgrounds. Internally, we have Employee Resource Groups for BIPOC and LGBTQ+ employees, and Affinity Groups to support women and neurodiversity. Furthermore, we’ve established a Diversity Council to promote a workplace environment that is safe, respectful, and inclusive for all and acts as an active partner to People Ops and Leadership in service of our broader firm-wide DEI goals.
