German-Speaking Business Development Agent (Partnerships & Affiliate)
Full-Time | Remote (GMT+0 to GMT+4)
The Opportunity
This is a commercial, people-facing role. You'll look after the company's partner relationships, sell advertising placements on its website and newsletter, and help bring in new brands and shops. If you enjoy building relationships, negotiating deals and seeing the results of your work in the numbers, this role gives you real ownership from day one. Affiliate experience is a plus, but we're equally open to strong communicators from sales, account management or partnerships who want to grow in this space.
Most of the company's partners are based in the DACH region, so native or fully fluent German is essential. You'll be speaking with German-speaking clients every day, both on calls and in writing, from negotiating deals to managing ongoing partner relationships.
Affiliate experience is a plus, but we're equally open to strong communicators from sales, account management or partnerships who want to grow in this space.

This role is fully remote and open to candidates based in GMT+1, as well as nearby time zones within ±2 hours (GMT+0 to GMT+4). You'll need to be comfortable working alongside DACH-based partners during their business hours.
