Join us in our mission to grow and empower local economies, where impact, innovation, and growth drive everything we do. Our Finance team shapes the company's future by directing capital to high-impact investments, developing robust financial strategies, and ensuring we deliver long-term value while pursuing our ambitious mission. We’re looking for a Global Procurement Change & Capability Lead to join our London team. This is a hybrid role. In this role, you’ll ensure procurement changes are adopted, embedded, and sustained across our global organisation, ensuring our major transformation initiatives land successfully in practice, not just on paper.
You’ll be joining the Procurement Transformation team within our broader Finance function. Here’s what your day-to-day looks like:

We’re problem solvers, community builders, and innovators, brought together by a shared drive to make things better.
🔧 Make a visible impact every day: Your work directly improves experiences for merchants, consumers, partners, and dashers/riders worldwide by ensuring our operational tools work flawlessly.

🧠 Build a career, not just a role: Stretch yourself, develop new skills, and grow as the global business evolves.
