As Preply continues to grow globally, CRM is becoming a core part of how learners experience the product - shaping habits, engagement, and long-term progress.
We’re looking for a Global Senior CRM & Lifecycle Designer to join our team - a creative thinker with strong product intuition, a passion for storytelling, and a drive to design meaningful user experiences.
You’ll concept, design, and evolve lifecycle experiences across email, push, in-app, and landing pages - connecting CRM to the broader product journey and shaping how learners interact with Preply over time.
This role is perfect for someone who combines creativity with product thinking, thrives in experimentation, and wants to push CRM beyond campaigns into a true product surface.
Design as Product - Treat CRM as a core product surface - translating business goals and product strategy into lifecycle experiences that are designed with clear hypotheses, experimentation, and user behavior in mind.
Create Connected Experiences - Design across the full user journey - ensuring consistency between in-product UX and CRM, and reinforcing key behaviors.
Concept & Elevate - Go beyond execution to develop strong creative concepts - turning everyday touchpoints into engaging, purposeful moments that feel on-brand and cohesive.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally - Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Copy, and Content - contributing to strategy, aligning on feasibility, and delivering cohesive experiences across channels.
Design for Impact - Use data and insights to iterate and improve performance - balancing speed, quality, and strong attention to detail across high-impact lifecycle touchpoints.
Experience designing CRM, lifecycle, or product experiences in fast-moving digital environments - with an understanding of how design drives user behavior and business impact.
Product Thinking - Strong ability to connect user journeys, product experiences, and lifecycle communications into one cohesive system.
Creativity - Ability to develop concepts, not just execute - bringing storytelling and fresh thinking into lifecycle moments.
Craft - Strong foundation in visual design, layout, hierarchy, and composition.
Collaboration - Comfortable working cross-functionally and contributing beyond design execution.
Mindset - Curious, proactive, and adaptable - excited by experimentation and continuous learning.
Care to change the world - We are passionate about our work and care deeply about its impact to be life changing.
We do it for learners - For both Preply and tutors, learners are why we do what we do. Every day we focus on empowering tutors to deliver an exceptional learning experience.
Keep perfecting - To create an outstanding customer experience, we focus on simplicity, smoothness, and enjoyment, continually perfecting it as every detail matters.
Now is the time - In a fast-paced world, it matters how quickly we act. Now is the time to make great things happen.
Disciplined execution - What makes us disciplined is the excellence in our execution. We set clear goals, focus on what matters, and utilize our resources efficiently.
Dive deep - We leverage business acumen and curiosity to investigate disparities between numbers and stories, unlocking meaningful insights to guide our decisions.
Growth mindset - We proactively seek growth opportunities and believe today's best performance becomes tomorrow's starting point. We humbly embrace feedback and learn from setbacks.
Raise the bar - We raise our performance standards continuously, alongside each new hire and promotion. We build diverse and high-performing teams that can make a real difference.
Challenge, disagree and commit - We value open and candid communication, even when we don’t fully agree. We speak our minds, challenge when necessary, and fully commit to decisions once made.
One Preply - We prioritize collaboration, inclusion, and the success of our team over personal ambitions. Together, we support and celebrate each other's progress.
