What You Will Do *

Create planning documents, software requirements, verification artifacts, and certification documents for DO-178 C Level A/B software, embedded software for various processors.
Perform Software Verification of DO-178 C Level A/B software, embedded software for various processors.
Should have an exposure to testing methodologies, boundary value analysis, robustness testing, timing and performance Testing etc along with understanding of test infrastructure and execution methodologies.
Should have a working experience on test automation using Python scripts and automation frameworks.
Should have knowledge on DO-330 Tool Qualification.
Should have experience on Change Management, Configuration Management tools and processes.
Should have exposure to communication Standards like SPI, I2C, UART, CAN, ARINC and TCP/IP etc.
Should be able to communicate clearly and provide all required details to all stakeholders involved.
Should have good listening skills.
Should be sensitive to team culture, BU Culture, and show compassion / empathy to all stakeholders involved.

What You Will Learn

Exposure to Embedded Software Development and Verification Processes.
Exposure to various communication protocols.
Verification, Tool Qualification, and Certification inline with DO-178 C and D0-331.

Qualifications You Must Have *

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science Engineering /Electronics and communication Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Information Technology.

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

Hybrid: Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite. Ratio of time working onsite will be determined in partnership with your leader.

Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home). If you live within a reasonable commute of an RTX site with other colleagues you interact with, your manager will discuss whether there is a degree of onsite presence associated with this role.

Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal responsibility.

Requires theoretical knowledge typically obtained through University Degree. Limited to some knowledge of RTX organization.

Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and less than 2 years prior relevant experience.

Engineering/Other Technical Positions: Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations.
